Article 3 - Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding the distance contract, the text of these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 - The offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
This offer is non-binding. Ramez Wear reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
All images, specifications and data are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier or postal service.

Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

In case of electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur immediately confirms receipt.
The entrepreneur shall take appropriate measures to transfer data electronically and securely.
The entrepreneur can investigate within the legal framework whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations.
The entrepreneur will include the relevant information in writing or on a durable data carrier upon delivery, including: address details, terms of withdrawal, guarantees and complaints procedure.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a 14-day reflection period from receipt of the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Returns must be made within 14 days of notification, with all accessories and in original condition.

Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal

Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of notification of cancellation, provided the product has been returned.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be excluded for:

Products made to consumer specifications.
Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.
Products that spoil quickly or are of a personal nature.
Audio/video/software if the seal is broken.
Services performed with the consumer's consent before the end of the cooling-off period.

Article 9 - Prices

Prices may change due to legal requirements or VAT adjustments.
Outside the EU, import duties and VAT are always charged to the consumer.
Obvious typographical errors or typographical errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 10 - Conformity and warranty

Ramez Wear guarantees that products meet the agreement and reasonable expectations.
Any defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The warranty will be void if the consumer carries out repairs themselves or uses the product incorrectly.
