Exchanges and Returns
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return any order within 30 days. To do so, please email our customer service and state the reason for your return. If an item is defective, please include a photo for reference.
I want to return an item. What should I do?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, complete with labels and tags, and must not show any signs of wear.
All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will ensure the purchase price is refunded to your account within 14 days.
Track & Trace
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
On the "Track your order" page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package. If this doesn't work, our customer service team will be happy to help.
My Track & Trace code doesn't display any information. What should I do?
Track & Trace information will be visible once your package has been received by the carrier. Please be aware of possible delays.
