Returns and exchanges policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. Please inform our customer service team in an email at info@ramezwear.com ) the reason for your return or exchange. All return requests must first be approved by a Ramez Wear customer service representative.

The item must be in its original packaging , including all accessories, to be eligible for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure the name and order number are clearly marked on the return label. Ramez Wear is an international brand; all returns must be shipped to our central warehouse .

Non-returnable items

Due to the pandemic, ramezwear.nl is not accepting returns for the following product categories for hygienic reasons :

  • Skin care products

  • Make-up and nail care products

  • Personal care products

  • Certain gadgets (e.g. wireless headphones, earbuds, glasses, etc.)

Did you receive a non-returnable item that appears damaged or defective ? You can request a replacement or receive a store credit .

Refund process

Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team . After the inspection, we will inform you as soon as possible about the status of your refund .

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method .
